WOF 2009 - A Weekend With Friends
The last weekend of May was the Women of Faith conference in Spokane, WA. My friends and I, never having gone before, decided to give it a try. Our time together was wonderful. We laughed, shared, shopped, drank coffee, talked, stayed up late, and just enjoyed being together kids free for the first time in a LONG time.:) The conference itself was somewhat of a disappointment, but we all just enjoyed being together so it was worth it all. Our favorite part of it all (the conference)was seeing Mandisa and Steven Curtis Chapman live. We will do this again, but will choose a different retreat to attend.:)

Bummer, Val!!! I'm so disappointed for you that the conference wasn't better. At least you had fun with your girlfriends. You all looked very nice and relaxed!
