Last week was Brooklyn's Spring Break and we had a wonderful time just relaxing and not having to worry about schedules! Usually when there is a week break we head to my parents to see family and friends there, but with several of my family being out of town we decided to stay home. We had several playdates with different friends throughout the week, had a picnic & played at the park for hours, saw 'Horton Hears a Who', attended a classmate's birthday party, and spent the night at a hotel so that the kids could spend an evening swimming with Daddy. Our week wasn't something out of a storybook, nor was it so packed full that we returned worn out, we just literally relaxed, took it easy and for this year, that was my kind of Spring Break!
